ARIA Resort & Casino

There was food left in the hallways of the hotel rooms that seemed to be there for over 12-14 hours. Other than that, top rate experiment. Pool was nice although the thought that the adult pool was no kids seemed to not be the case.

Aria is not a place for children. It’s for adults. There is a fridge in your room full of refreshments for you to purchase at a premium - not even cold by the way, but no thought of having just a fridge for your own convenience and snacks, especially if you bring your kids. Be prepared to walk and get your work out in. Self parking feels like miles away and you walk across the entire casino floor to get to the other end of the property just to check-in. Vegas in general is just overpriced for hotel stays, resort fees and parking rates. $18 a night as a guest is a rip off. It should be free if I’m a guest. Anyways, rooms were nice, bed was comfy, my view was of a rooftop and like I said, not worth the price you pay. Wouldn’t return to this hotel.

We came for a family trip, stood in line for a very long time just to get a room. The room was uncomfortably small for its price. During our stay, our baby moved some of the mini bars snacks from their trays. we put them back in place immediately but still was charged for all of them on check out. So we waited in the endless line for service just to have it sorted out. Dining options in Aria are either very expensive and require a reservation or you have to wait in line for 30-60 minutes for overpriced coffee and omelette. Before staying at Aria, we stayed at another hotel in Vegas and had a wonderful stay. We will not stay at the Aria again.

Excellent room: spacious and clean; Excellent beds and linen; quiet, no noise from hallway or adjoining rooms. Very efficient elevators. Easy to navigate layout. Very good pool layout for families. Great restaurants onsite. Only real weak point is lack of a good late night meal option

all was great. wife and child had so much fun in house, they didn't want to leave resort last day. free upgrade to sky suites

Hotel refused to give me credit for a nights stay as I had to leave a day early due to a serious family issue I will never stay here again nor will I ever use Hotel.com

Cleanliness . No one comes to clean your room . Even after repeated calls hardly someone will pop up . I never would go back or recommend this property to my family and friends . It use to be my favorite not anymore . Not place for cleanliness , hygiene. Staff are very rude . We can write a book let’s not waste time . Worst worst worst property

Love this property…kids enjoyed a lot

The room service was beyond horrible. I asked for an extra blanket for my kid. By 2:30 am after waiting an hour for it I called back. The lady on the phone was super rude saying it has not been hour but 56 minutes! Finally got the blanket at 3 am! Next day I turned on the light before leaving the room at 10 am for the room to be cleaned. By 7 pm that I got back the room was still not cleaned. Called housekeeping and manager was supposed to call back. I waited 40 minutes without getting any call. Had to go to front desk as we were about to miss our dinner reservation. Waisted 30 minutes there and finally they said they will send someone up to clean the room. We also ate at their salt &Ivy restaurant. Food was bad, service horrible and 2 peoples meals were forgotten! Never again will I stay in Aria. We go to Vegas regularly and this was the worst hotel ever.

Excellent property to be in it in Vegas. My kids loved it every bit.
