The Hyatt Grand Vacation is the perfect place to stay when you want to be close to all the action, but not too close. The room was very comfortable for our family of four. The property is adjacent to the Flamingo, the Linq Promenade and the High Roller. Many excellent restaurants are in close walking distance without having to put up with smoky casinos or really drunk people.

Quick check-in, the apartments are very clean. The bathroom and shower are separate, so we were able to separate from the kids and spend time alone with my wife. I'll definitely be back.

This place is great with family on the strip. It’s literally right behind the flamingo and not as hectic because there are no slot machines which is what we wanted. Walkable and easy access to the strip with a little walk. The staff are wonderful as always and the rooms are clean. They send text to check up on you to make sure you’re having a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place. And yes the two suite is huge! Love the kitchen and two bathrooms!

The room was more affordable and better suited to a family of 4 than all the options we looked at. We had a huge bathroom, seperate bedroom, washing machine and dryer (which was awesome!) and a proper kitchen for less than the price of others who pretty much provide a bed in a room. Very clean and well maintained. Staff were always lovely..

We stayed in a ground floor suite as a family of four and had a great time. Clean and well appointed with a nice and easy check in experience, and a short walk to the strip and all the attractions Vegas has to offer. Although we only stayed one night before moving on, we would highly recommend staying here.

This was an amazing property. It was my family’s first time visiting Vegas and our stay was amazing!! We stayed in a one bedroom King suite ; great for a family of four. We had a full kitchen and laundry!! We were located near everything!! We rented a car and only used it to go to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam!! Everything else was within walking distance!! The staff was amazing and the rooms and property were immaculate..

The room was spacious, everything was nearby, easy rideshare pick up but what was absolutely above par was the staff service! Everyone was so accommodating, which was super helpful when traveling with an infant. Friendly, polite, quick, and attentive; just cannot say enough good things. Will be staying here again just for the service.

Good location next to a lot of stuff to do. Room has a lot of stuff in it (stove top, dishes and even a washer and dryer). Would probably be ideal for a family visiting Vegas

What a disappointment. We just stayed one night, thankfully. The room was great - clean & set up well for a family of 5. Unfortunately, there is only a small pool for kids (even though the large adult pool was closes at 4pm), the pool had a strange smell that drove half my family away, the cable and internet were down and there was NO FOOD or drinks in a Vegas hotel. At the end of a long trip, we thought Vegas would be easy and convent. I would not stay here again.
