Restroom wall had poop and our room was so dusty broken. Drawer shower head was spraying everywhere. Reserved 3 rooms for the family and they gave me all in different floors far away from each other so disappointed. I don’t think I’ll stay there again. I expected better from that hotel. Also they were doing an update on their machines and had to wait for the people working there to get you money from the machine . Sometimes fast and sometimes a long time

Had a planned family trip and the room was way below par compared to the price. We ordered room service and food took over an hour to receive. The room carpet was dirty and had a bad smell. Worst part of everything was the air conditioning. It didn’t work and the room was beyond stuffy and hot. When we called and asked for service or anything, nothing was done. We only Stayed there for one night of our trip and even that was too much.

I did not like the pillars when we arrived. They were showing naked men and woman in front of my kids. My kids liked the TV though

Hotel was nice and had great dining options. Liked the central location on the strip so drugstores were close by. Need more seating in the lobby area for families with minors as you can’t even sit in the lounge areas. There was a strange sewer smell in the lobby and in some of the hallways but luckily not in the room. Overall it was nice but I prefer some other properties on the strip.

We stayed in the wraparound suite. The room was nice, the view was great as well. The Bellboy was unfriendly and demanded that we tip him by Venmo which we declined. The bathroom sink was backed up, the freezer did not work. We called front desk at 8pm and they said they would send someone up, I got a call at 3am. The food choices were not impressive enough to stand in 1-2 hour wait times for black coffee. The restaurants seemed understaffed. If you are a family traveling with kids, avoid this place. We frequently travel to Vegas, The Venetian is still one of the best for families.

Terrible customer service. They locked us out in our room with our stuff inside and a baby crying in the hall and they did not clean our room on our stays even if we requested for one

Nice stay! Not as family friendly as I hoped with the pool shut down.

Cosmopolitan at Las vegas is close and yet not so close from attractions if you consider walking. For families with kids, the pics and art inside rooms are not sensitive to ladies - it seems to be a common trend in Las Vegas even in streets to degrade ladies. Absence of coffee maker in rooms makes folks walk 15 mins down to Starbucks to get a beverage. Restaurants and shops are good for shopping inside cosmopolitan. Overall, my generous rating would be 7 considering the sleaze oriented culture of las vegas.

Room was not clean upon our arrival. Used bandaid and gum wrappers on the floor. Skid marks in the toilet. Called front desk to address and over our 3 day stay, nobody showed up to clean the room or offer us another option. Will stick with aria going forward.
