I really like the Bellagio, and we finally had a chance to stay there. The rooms were a good size and we really liked them. However, I was very disappointed to find out they charge extra for any guests beyond two. We should only have to pay for the room. We requested two beds since we were two adults and two kids, but they charged an extra $50 for each kid. This is a ripoff. Shame on you, Bellagio.

I didn’t like that you had to pay a premium price to be in an all adult swimming pool. I was not going to pay for a chair 130.00 per person for a few hours at the pool with no kids. The chairs should be no more than 50.00 There was one day that our room was not cleaned. We paid quite a bit of money for this hotel

My family enjoyed this stay very much. The resort is clean and beautiful. Location is in the middle of Vegas strip, walkable distant to other casinos. We will be back

The Bellagio is a beautiful hotel but incredibly cheap! How in the world does a supposed five-star hotel not provide coffee and a bottle of water for their guest? We stay at different hotels when we come to Vegas and yours is the only one that doesn't offer anything to the customer only more charges! $23 a night to park as a paying guest? Really? $50 a night hotel whatever you want to call it tax upon check out! It's no longer Las Vegas it's just a bunch of money hungry corporations that take advantage of people! What if a person doesn't have a $600 deposit to stay in your overpriced hotel? Are they asked to move on? It's really a sad State of affairs in Las Vegas and MGM you're doing nothing for your guests except to hand them a bill! If you go down to the gift shop in the Bellagio and want a 2 oz bottle of hair gel it's $17! Are you kidding me?! You guys are out of control with your pricing and price gouging! It's a shame people go to your hotel and dump their money and get nothing in return. Even the people at the front desk are rude and don't say thank you for the stay or welcome you back it's just all about processing that damn credit card at checkout! Won't be back to any MGM property and we do a lot of traveling! What a shame! I've read your reviews everyone has the same thing to say! Give a customer a cup of coffee and a bottle of water for god sakes! Or is that too much for your bottom line? And another thing? $125 minimum for room service? Really you guys are insane

Our family holiday at the Bellagio Hotel was absolutely amazing! Traveling with my 15-year-old daughter, we found the experience to be exceptional from start to finish. Upon booking, I received a message suggesting that check-in could be busy and recommending the use of the MGM Rewards app to avoid the reception line. This tip was invaluable. The app allowed us to check in smoothly and provided the option to receive digital keys on our phones or print out keys for free near the reception area—such a convenient feature. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the digital concierge available through the MGM Rewards app. It was wonderful to be able to ask a real person about our stay or address any issues with our room directly through the app. This personalized service really enhanced our experience. The hotel itself is enormous, and exploring it with my daughter was a delight. We particularly loved the pool areas, which featured heated pools—a lovely touch, especially in the evenings. There were plenty of sunbeds available, and we appreciated that there were ample free sunbeds to choose from. If I had to mention a minor negative, it would be the limited ice cream options. Given the hot weather, having just one ice cream shop seemed insufficient. Additionally, it would be fantastic if the MGM app included a directory with a walking navigation feature to help guests find their way around the expansive property more easily.

Excellent location. Staff attentive; cleanliness of room, facilities and exterior surroundings immaculate. I wish there was a coffee maker in the fancy, expensive 1 bedroom suite with an amazing view. There were long lines for coffee inside the hotel. Most people had to go outside to get coffee. Restaurants in the hotel were few, and fancy, and expensive. Without reservations there was no seating, or wait in 30 mins lines which we did for brunch. One snack area with limited food options. We did go to NYNY for dinner once, and in my opinion a better destination for families and for snacks/food choices.

I feel like this place is overrated I’ve had one of the worst experience staying here. I have come every year with my family to Vegas and have stayed at different hotels each time to see what each hotel has to offer and this has honestly been the worst experience we have had! Not only that but in my experience we were criticized and there was an employee that was racist to us and was made fun of because we were people of color. Also, the Buffett that is super famous here is also overrated especially for its price it’s totally not worth it. Lastly, in each hotel that we have stayed their cleaning service was great but here it was horrible literally they barely even cleaned it at all when in other hotels they even go out the way to organize your stuff for you!
