5 out of 5 stars

Nice place. Clean, fancy and centrally located to everything. My complaints: 1) The resort fees charged for a pool that isn’t open in the winter. Nearly every hotel in the country has wifi and a fitness center…. Lets not charge me an extra $52 per night just for amenities that are closed for the winter. 2) There is zero noise insulation between the adjoining room doors…. 4 people 2 babies were in the room next to mine. I could distinctly hear each person having normal volume conversation all night long. Luckily it was my last night in town.

I like how secluded this place is after I walked through the crowded touristy Caesar's Palace. It is so quiet throughout the small property, something they wanted all guests to experience, Has anyone ever asked why their front desk is smaller than a restroom? Anyway guys working there are cute. Internet is super fast but beware that your resort fee only entitles you one device per room. My phone was stolen by a cab driver and I bought a new phone in Vegas. Connected it to the Internet so I could finish setting it up and it ended up costing me $14.99. Are you kidding me? Beside that, check in at front desk was extremely fast, about 2 mins. But if you try to call them, it might take eternity. This is the first hotel I've stayed at in Vegas that would send someone to your room to give you a tour. The best part is their room service. I don't know who personally cleaned my room. (they will leave a print note in your room addressed by your room's assistant but I forgot her name..) She folded my clothes and even put the cap back onto the toothpaste. Definitely paid a lot of attention to details. But I will not stay there again. This place just doesn't stand out in Vegas.
