Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha South - Ralston Arena, an IHG Hotel

Our stay was great. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and provide everything you need. Kids slept well which was a plus because they are pretty picky to sleep when its not their home. Their breakfast was on point everyday was different option (stayed 3 days) and the staff were wonderful specially with our the kids (Our son is autistic).

Nice hotel, stayed for travel ball with smaller children. Evening shift front desk lady very nice, allowed us to stay a little longer in the lobby than 10pm curfew. Clean rooms, clean facility, would def stay again.

The stay was amazing. Only thing I would give less than 5 stars is, that I called to confirm our booking the morning of, and asked for the sofa bed to have the sheets and pillows on it for when we got there and they did not have it done. Husband had to go down and get it, with two kids under 4 with a really late check in, is why I called to get it done, but oh well! The breakfast was great! Free breakfast and free parking. The drive to downtown or anywhere isn’t really that long so I’m glad we stayed there. We did not know there was a concert next door, and Friday night around 130am people were revving their engines extremely loud that woke both my husband and I up, so I would suggest looking at that venue next door prior to booking. The staff every morning was great! Greeted us and asked us how our previous day was!

Clean room, nice staff. My main issue was that we went with friends (rooms booked by me) and noted we were together. I had requested two kings with rollaways, since we each have a child, and obviously to be by one another. We were put by one another, but one room was 2 queens and 1 was a king with NO rollaway. We made it work with the chair, ottoman, and bench, but was not what we requested - even with noting that, and would not have been comfortable for an adult. Also, the hot tub was not in working order. Our boys loved the pool - small group staying this weekend so it was not crowded, and the grab and go breakfasts were good and filling. Location was perfect for our event. We would stay again, if we have another event at Ralston Arena.
