Hampton Inn Omaha Midtown-Aksarben Area

Everything was great except the jets in the hot tub didn't work, and the pool room was very noisy because of lots of kids screaming.

Too many bad ass kids running around the entire hotel - especially at 7am! Didn’t sleep well at all even after calling the front desk. The room was nice though.

We liked the room layout. Next time I’d ask to b on a floor without so much activity as there were wrestling bits n their families so there was alot of activity n noise.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was excellent,kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub and breakfast was delicious.

Needed a room as we had family in the hospital near by. The staff was very helpful on giving us directions to get to places around Omaha. The rooms were very nice and clean. Will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed for three nights while visiting family in the area. It was easy to find, great breakfasts, and very comfortable.

Stayed for two days visiting family and when we needed a nice place to rest, our Hampton was perfect.

In town for an overnight getaway with my hubby. Not impressed with my check in. I stood at the desk for 10 minutes waiting to be helped while the guy was in the phone. Hotel was full of LOUD children running up and down the halls, stomping, slamming doors, running in and out if the pool. They put us in a room right across the hall from the pool. It was so annoying, and nothing relaxing about my time away with my husband. We asked to switch room locations and the desk help was a snide smart ass and did nothing to help. Check out morning at 9 am (checkout at noon) the housekeeping just comes walking in our room. 30 minutes later knocks on the door to come clean, and then again 30 min after that. Breakfast offered was terrible no one was attending to it and keeping things filled. There was no hot foods left with an hour left to serve when I went down. Super aggravating experience. I liked the area of town and that it was close to the venue we went to an event at. We visit Omaha several times a year and unfortunately this location will not be on the list to return to.

While the hotel amenities were very nice, what really stood out to us was the service. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely accommodating. He went above and beyond the duties of his job and we were extremely impressed. My only complaint was that the tile floor at the indoor pool was incredibly slippery and our children kept falling, even without running. One even bonked her head pretty good.

It was a very nice hotel for our family. Pool, snacks, clean. Will be staying here from now on when we are in Omaha.
