Courtyard Marriott Aksarben Village

Disappointed to find no microwave in room. You have to go down to the 'marketplace' by the front desk to use a microwave. We were awakened at 6 a.m. by a shrieking child in the next room. Fortunately they were checking out. Next night was quiet. Refrigerator tended to freeze our food and drinks; no way to adjust temp.

I had an awesome stay. I spent the day at the hospital due to a family emergency and the hotel had everything I needed. The location was perfect and the amenities were incredible. Super clean and had a great smell. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was extremely relaxing, and the hotel was super quiet which allowed me to recover for the next morning. The Starbucks in the hotel was great as well and the staff was super friendly. I will definitely be choosing Courtyard again when I am back in Omaha.

Our stay was prompted because a family member was in a local hospital. The staff were caring, compassionate, and accommodating. Their care helped make an awful experience, more manageable. We are grateful for the extra kindness extended.

Love this place! I frequently have to come into town for family and this is my go to place. Centrally located for family and has walkable options. Also a comfy lobby to congregate in. Chris

We travel a lot for work and family and this was the best first impression and check-in I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered the lobby we were politely greeted. The lobby is huge with plenty of comfortable seating while you wait. The gentleman who checked us in was polite, funny, efficient and engaging. We arrived late at 10 pm, but he still had that great day-time energy. He offered us water and made sure we had no questions at all before we walked away from the counter. Seriously, I’ve never had someone treat me so personally at a place where so many people come and go everyday. Our room was clean and fabulous. I asked for a first floor room near a door (we travel for a month at a time so we carry a lot of stuff) and they were eagerly and easily able to accommodate that so we could unload easier. I almost wished we were staying longer because the room was way better equipped for a stay away from home than most hotels I’ve been in. The desk, sofa, art and sculptures really help give the room a cozy feel. There is a very nice, well-lit parking lot in the back, that you can see from your window if you’re on that side of the hotel. There’s also a coffee/breakfast bar (separate charges of course) inside the hotel with plenty of comfortable/functional seating for eating with friends, or by yourself with your laptop (That seating has dividers to help with privacy and charging ports). If we’re ever in Omaha again, we’ll absolutely stay here again!
