We’ve stayed here multiple times over the past five years as our kids love the pool. This time things were very different. Bed sheets and blankets were stained and the matress was so overused that there were intents on the two sides of the matress. When I went down to get extra sheets and blankets for our two kids sleeping on the pull out couch, I was told I would have to wait until 11pm when the night person got in because there was only one person on staff for the entire 7 floor hotel from at least 8pm-11pm. The room itself showed some dirt and wear. This will be the last time we stay there.

Mostly updated. Spacious rooms and pool area was nice for small kids. Walls were thin and fire alarm went off for no reason at 3 a.m. and we weren’t given any explanation.

I had forgotten that I had stayed in this same hotel once before. Both times I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed in. Felt upscale. The pool is amazing...my kiddos loved it!

Hotel hallways were unbearably hot, one elevator down and more than once we had to wait over 15 minutes for the one that worked (had a wheelchair user so stairs weren’t an option), hot tub literally had dirty foam in the middle, the pool is only 3’ at the deepest so definitely meant for very young children, the breakfast was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the stay.

The front desk at check in seemed bothered I was checking in but she was quick and covered everything. The breakfast was better than expected with eggs, bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Even a yogurt dispenser with 6 or mix ins. Coffee and plenty of juices. No pool use but seen kids coming from the area. Restaurants around hotel area and easy driving around. Area around though did look rough but no issues and plenty of parking

Not terrible price for the kids pool and breakfast options. However the condition of things were just.... A little jank. Nice front desk and room cleaners. Very slow elevator, and one elevator was down, so made moving around a bit challenging.

Not the cleanest hotel and our first day we had some weird encounters with other guests but this was not the hotel's fault by any means. Our second day was uneventful and the kids enjoyed the pool and slides! This probably wouldn't be a hotel my husband and I would go to for ourselves, but one we would take the kids back to in the future due to the pool, breakfast options, and 12 pm checkout. Staff was excellent and courteous, making up for the other areas that were less than desirable.

Good stay overall. Pretty nice hotel, pool is nice, a bit older, but still great for kids. I’m not sure if it was purposeful on someone’s part or what was going on, but our first night, the alarm clock alarm went off at midnight and I hit it to shut it up as quickly as I could so our 18-month-old wouldn’t wake up. I ended up hitting snooze and it went off again at 12:10 which was pretty terrible. Thankfully our babe didn’t wake up, but that was not a fun deal overall. Everything else went well. Good breakfast/breakfast area. Nice little lobby. Good hotel for families.
