The surrounding area and hotel warning labels generated cause for concern. That coupled with late night noises outside the door and inside the room, left us uneasy. The property will probably be fine with mail, travelers, but we had our child with us. Beds were comfortable and we have no complaints about the basics.

4 star surprise- I had family stay here in the past & it was disappointing. I booked it & did not realize it was the same place due to the name change, so I was skeptical. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Desk staff were so nice & professional. Dinner time bartender & cook we’re pleasant & made a nice suggestion for appetizers. The room was cool, clean, nice toiletries. The maids both greeted me before I could say good morning. The included breakfast was order of the menu & included in the price. I probably sound like a plant, but I’m not. Just a retired exec. Who really enjoys good service! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Needs more outlets. We stayed in the Executive Suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet and extra room/foyer, livingroom/kitchenette (enter room through this room). It only had outlets on the one side of the king bed (the side closest to the door to the room) but not on the other side of the bed for phones. Luckily we have phone chargers that are like 12ft long so it was ok for us. We traveled with our toddler and infant and the Executive Suite was great for all of us getting decent quality sleep but if you have several kid/baby related things to plug in, you might find the minimal outlets problematic as well. For example, we had a baby monitor and camera, sound machine, owlet sock monitor for the baby and a separate sound machine for the toddler (that one could do battery or plug so wasn't a problem for us). Also, there are no microwaves in rooms which was surprising to us for a suite to have a mini fridge but not a microwave. It was literally like a little apartment. Anyway, our only two gripes were lack of outlets and lack of microwave and we managed. Otherwise, this property was fantastic and would definitely stay again and keep those two things in mind.

The front desk staff were very nice, but we were disappointed at how well stocked the rooms were. We had to ask for more towels, there was only half a roll of toilet paper left for us in the bathroom, no more conditioner in the shower, no microwave, and limited TV apps to access. Traveling with young children, these inconveniences were frustrating. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great and we felt it was a great location, other than the homeless camps right outside the windows on the hill.
