Hotel Indigo Omaha Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Very nice host- Brettany. She was so sweet and so was the rest of the staff. Quick and easy check in. We had a serious family emergency the next day and had to check out and she was incredible. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay there. I was there for my first solo travel experience and I can't say enough about how accommodating the staff was. The shuttle driver, Rodney, deserves a gold star!! He took me everywhere I needed to go, always made me feel comfortable and safe! Sarde at the front desk was the sweetest front line person you could have in that position. In fact they made me feel like part of the family by the time I checked out! Surpassed all expectations!!

We loved this hotel the first time we stayed here 2 months ago. We purposely booked here again even though there were less expensive options. This experience was a different story. We were not able to check in until and hour and 15 minutes past check in time because rooms weren’t ready. The front desk person was not apologetic and did not even inform us there was a happy hour going on at the time - just asked us to step aside and wait. The parking increased by $15 in just two months. The room when we finally got in had a sticky floor and you could see spills in several places. The next morning the coffee machine was not working and the receptionist “thought” they were going to get it fixed. They did have a small carafe of brewed coffee to grab a cup but the cream was gone. When I asked for some the man at the desk said he would get it but it was a minute walk. There was a girl at the desk that found some so in the end we did get two cups of coffee. All in all this was a subpar stay which is a shame since our first experience was excellent. In fact I told family and friends to be sure and stay here. I am now rethinking booking here again in the future
