EVEN Hotel Omaha Downtown - Old Market, an IHG Hotel

Hotel was nice and family friendly, staff was very friendly. Pool area was very loud (due to echo) but still nice and roomy. The wall by the shower in our room was water damaged/rotting and looked like it was starting to mold and there was a spot by our room in the hallway next to a winter that sank a few inches when one of the kids stepped on it. (Reported it to the front desk since thats dangerous for the guests) other than that it was a nice hotel! Room was big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids.

This property is great option when you need a different type of accommodations for family situations. I appreciate bunk beds for my kids. The ice machines werent working on the floor so keeping extra ice on hand wasnt an option. I would say they need to improve monitoring the pools chemical levels. The water was imbalance and so cloudy you couldnt see your feet. The deck is too slippery. There are solutions that need to be made or someone could get hurt. I do wish there was more coffee supplies in the rooms than 1 coffee and 1 decaf in our room and no creamer options, but that is a personal preference. The staff is always nice.

Staff was very friendly and the place had an area for kids to play. Our kids met several friends there and played pingpong and conenct 4 for free.

The hotel was nicer on the inside than the neighborhood around it looked. We didn’t experience any issues here with the area but not being from Omaha, I wasn’t sure about safety just based on how the downtown area looked. The hotel interior was nice and my kids really appreciated the workout area in the room. The interior lights in our room and also the phones didn’t work.

It was good me and my kids enjoyed it i only wished they gave little toothpaste,more toilet tissues in the room, and that room service came in at least one depending on tour stay to clean or bring clean towels .i had to go down to pick up towels.i want to thank Carlos and Aaron for their kindness they were good people working there

Great place for families. A healthy hotel.

All I ask these days of hotels are that they are clean and have basic things. This is a basic no frills hotel. I appreciate the large room and space to accommodate my entire family. This place does allow animals. This wasnt an issue for us but if that is an issue for you to hear a happy dog get the zoomies above you, maybe double think. This is an ala cart type food hotel so if you are looking for included breakfast this isnt your jam. We usually bring our food with us. I would have appreciated a microwave in the room. I dont appreciate going down to use a communal one to handle 5 peoples food. Asked for some tea for my daughter and there was none to be found in the entire hotel. They have a kurig so if you have a favorite from home and stuff you must add, bring it yourself and use their machine. The fridge is super cold ane froze most of what we added to it. The place was clean. Parking is simple and honestly not bad for the area. Its a third party qr code you scan. It was easy for me to set up to pay quick. If you are electronically challenged, you might ask for help. My family said the pool was good. They have a giant connect 4 downstairs. Honestly it was a good price for the location and diatance to nearby attractions. Family accommodating.

When we arrive to check in, we were told that our room was given away because they were overbooked. We had just driven 14 hours straight from Ohio and it was 8:30 at night. We had chosen your hotel because we needed to have a close location because of a family member who was handicapped. But instead we were given a different reservation at another hotel which was a 40-minute drive and by the time we arrived there we were very irritated.

Staff was wonderful and the kids enjoyed our room! Was very clean and comfortable

We has a corner room with bunk beds which is super nice for our two kids to have their own bed. Because of its size, it also included a workout space and equipment (which we didn't use) and was unique. The shower wasnt fully enclosed and the bathroom door didnt "close". The property itself was really nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again just for the bunk beds and the walkability to food and the Children's museum.
