Element Omaha Midtown Crossing

While the accommodations at the Element were just right, staff at the Element were the best part of my stay. The staff member that checked me in was warm, cheery, and extremely helpful while explaining parking availability and services offered by the Element, including complimentary beers, wines, breads, and cheeses in the evening and complimentary breakfast in the morning. When I returned to the hotel after a short trip to the parking garage following check in, a different staff member was at the front desk. As I walked in, he looked up and smiled and said, "welcome home.” The Element staff that prepared the complimentary breakfast were wonderfully friendly as they laid out the generous breakfast spread, which is notable considering it was 6a when I first went to the dining area. During check out at 6:45a, a different staff member at the front desk asked me about my experience with the Element. As I told him how much I enjoyed my stay, I mentioned that I was in town because a family member was having heart surgery. He stopped to focus on our conversation, expressing genuine concern for my family member and the positive outcome of the surgery. That was a comforting conversation during a stressful time. I have stayed at many hotels over the years but have never experienced warmth and kindness like that of Element staff.

The staff was super friendly, and helpful to a fault. The breakfast staff prided themselves in keeping the eating area cleaned and food properly maintained. My family enjoyed our stay, & we felt very welcomed.

This was perfect for my family of four and two dogs. Room amenities were fantastic and location was convenient with the parking garage. Very clean and up to date hotel.
