Staybridge Suites Omaha 80th And Dodge, an IHG Hotel

We were not impressed. For the price, we expected a much better experience. Online pictures make this hotel look so much better than reality. The hotel is currently remodeling. As a result, breakfast was being served out of a small room with no seating available. Breakfast choices were slim. Lack of security was concerning. Side doors were propped open for construction workers. While swimming, a large family entered the pool area to swim without appropriate swimwear. We wondered if they were actually hotel guests or if they just walked in the open doors to swim for free. Our room was newly remodeled. It was clean. The craftsmanship of the new remodel was very poor. The new shower was cut out to fit around an existing light switch. Bathroom doors did not close properly. Wall decor and tvs were not centered correctly. It was sad that what could have been really nice updates, were poorly executed and looked very unprofessionally done. We will not be staying here on future visits to Omaha.

Broken tile in bathroom, stains on the carpet and couch, the fold out bed in the couch both ends were broken. Was unsafe for my toddler to sleep on.

Construction crew partied outside my window at night . Left doors open and hallways cold so they could smoke or get back inside . Especially people who are using this place for cancer treatment and the children’s hospital .

Love this place ! When I got there my room that was booked was over booked , they gave me a bigger room fo the same price ! My family came over to visit and we were able to have a great time ! Thankyou for all the memories I hold dear ! I will return to this place each time I go back home

I will be staying here again for future appointments. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. They offer a nice breakfast with several options and everything was fresh and hot. The only complaint was from my kids because the pool was closed during our stay.

Our family was absolutely thrilled with our overnight stay. Three generations, four adults, and two children (ages 2 and 6) stayed in suite room 307. The two bedrooms with the common room and kitchen was perfect for our needs and having two full bathrooms was a bonus! The indoor pool was lovely. The breakfast was hot and delicious, staff were attentive and friendly, and the grounds very inviting. We will certainly be return customers!

If you're taking the family to Omaha, this is a wonderful place for that. The staff was super friendly and probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in, the breakfast was top notch too. The bed could be updated with something a bit softer, but that's minor.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! The beds were hard and the bathroom had a smell to it so we kept the fan on the whole time. The kitchenette room was perfect for our family with 3 boys! The free breakfast was fantastic every day!

Great value hotel for a family weekend in the city!!

The hotel staff were friendly. I took my two young children and all staff were friendly and patient with them. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, plenty of parking on site.
