Suburban Studios I-80 Grand Island

It was really excellent. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The TV was a flat screen LED but the outdated TV Distribution modulator made HD an impossibility so the TV Pictures were of poor quality with lots of video noise. The Breakfast was outstanding and Joe the lunch room attendeant made sure the waffles were hot and the butter warm so it would melt properly. This was big deal to me and my family. Waffles have to have butter and cold butter does NOT spread. Thanks Joe. You deserve a bonus for caring.

This was a non smoking room that was clearly a smoking room at one time. The room smelled horribly of smoke still and nothing we did to try to alleviate the smell, helped. The property was very run down and looked nothing like the photos on the site. The room was what we needed as far space and having 2 both rooms was great, however the pull out sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable, even for a 10 year old child to sleep on.

The Larger divided rooms were good for our family of 5

It was great the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the fact we had two bathrooms!

Hotel connected to Quality Inn with the same front desk. My room was almost as far away from the front desk as possible. The hallway was dirty and smelled like smoke. Piles of garbage were stacked near the laundry entrance. The people across the hall seemed like they lived there and were loud and up all night. I’m pretty sure they brought a crying baby into the hallway around midnight because it was right outside my door. Someone else had a fire alarm going off around 1:30 am off and on for about an hour or so. I’d been driving all day, was extremely tired and left at 5:30 am. As I left, a child across the hall ducked back into their room.

Pam was friendly and helpful at check in. The room suites with two bathrooms are very helpful for families.
