My toilet had poop on the side of it. This was the outside of the toilet not a skid mark. Actual poop on it the floor

This hotel is just so-so. It was okay for a quick overnight stay but we found several dead flys in the room which we could tell had been there for awhile. When I checked in there was no one at the front desk and no sign posted that said “Be right back” etc. When employee did return, he was carrying container of food so he was very curt as I could tell he just wanted to get me out of there so he could eat. Lastly, very thin walls with baby in next room.

Staff was courteous and the place was clean…. Only complaint was large group of kids in the pool screamed the entire time … could only stand to be in the hot tub for 5 minutes…. And young children were in the hot tub… I thought that wasn’t allowed

The hotel was run down and our room smelled like dirty dog. Our kids had another room that smelled fine. We would not stay at this hotel again

The breakfast was good but not what kids wanted. Disappointed that there wasn’t a place to eat that was close when we arrived which was 7:00pm. Kids loved the pool and video games. Overall a pretty nice place. Not many smiles from staff.

There were some very noisy children running up and down the halls knocking on doors and yelling at 10:30pm. I called the front desk and they quickly took care of it. The pool was great...6 feet deep and open until 11pm. The beds were a little hard, and our toilet took a really long time to flush with every flush. We had to ask for more towels and washrags because there weren't enough for the 4 of us in our room at check-in. Breakfast was underwhelming. I could not make the eggs taste good even with salt, pepper, and hot sauce. I ended up throwing them out and having cereal.

Checked in to room and left for a while. Came back to room to find mail addressed to someone else on the bed. Took it down to the check in desk. Was told the room was somehow double booked but it would be taken care of. Took kids to the pool and came back to find someone else’s luggage in the room. Was told by the staff to just put it out in the hall. I stated I wasn’t doing that as it was evident someone else could get in my room. Eventually was moved to another room
