Ramada by Wyndham Midtown Grand Island

Despite the smells in the hallways, everything else was great. The pool area was very fun for our family. Breakfast offerings were lovely.

The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the pool . The pool was clean and warm . Ping pong and mini golf also . The complimentary hot breakfast was a good perk . Very close to Fonner park race track . A

We have stayed at this property before. It’s a great place if you have a large group of people and children. Pool area is nice and happy to have a restaurant on property.

Well when we got to our room there was no power, got the guy from the front desk who was very friendly and heloful he switched our rooms with no problems. I will say the queen beds they say they have are 💯 not a queen bed, maybe a full if that. The room was clean just a little run down. The hall way was absolutely freezing, small tv but not terrible. The pool and hot tub are absolutely amazing however not fun. Theres a blonde woman employee who was taking toys and floaties and yelling at kids for splashing. It made the while experience very unfun. We probably wont go back there again its not quite the family oriented place. But i do say that front desk guy is very nice and very helpful. Definitely not worth what was paid for it.

Super friendly staff. The rooms are just outdated. It was fine for the kids, as we wanted a hotel with a pool for a reasonable price. Handy to have the restaurant inside rhe hotel as well. Bit of sprucing up, fixing some furniture, etc, could improve it a ton!

The property was well maintained and the pool atrium is a good family area.

Our kids loved the pool and mini golf inside the hotel. That was nice to have an activity for them without having to leave the hotel.

Pool water was perfect! Very warm and comfortable. We swam morning and evening, great for long road trips. The food was good and the staff was nice. My kids loved it there!

I had a lot higher expectation for this property. Unfortunately, after the check-in process was complete things started to go downhill quickly. After a long dry day of driving was hoping to hit the pool with the kids only to find out that it was completely unmonitored and unruly. Kids were throwing the football back and forth in the swimming pool, dive bombing, pushing, shoving. Pretty much ruined our entire experience. I brought it to Management's attention but unfortunately even that proved to be subpar, in terms of response. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bed was also comfortable. Unfortunately, finding leftover food under one of the chairs in the room made me wonder if the room was even cleaned. I brought this to Management's attention once we saw it and I got a lackluster response of okay thanks for letting us know. I don't find this type of service to be consistent with the Hilton brand. We did off to pay a little extra for the breakfast voucher which was a good idea. That area was actually very well maintained and served. They even have eggs to order. Unfortunately after I checked out, I checked my folio and I was charged for part of a breakfast, which is bizarre. I called the front desk and they couldn't explain the charge but said that they would remove it. Reading other reviews I found that the service at this particular property has been consistently going down. I definitely would think twice about staying here with kids.

It was clean but I really didn’t like the bed it was hard and to firm for me . The second night we stayed there were kids running up and down the hallway at 11:30 at night and at 1:30 am there were adults yelling and screaming. The breakfast was ok but nothing great. But over all we might stay again.
