Truly disappointed that the office allowed two rooms of families to sit outside and drink until 9:00. Very noisy. Then, the train that went by every 10 seconds honked its horn at intersections. Didn't sleep much. Did I mention the homeless people walking by? As I was pulling away one of them was talking to one of the hotel guests. Not cool.

It was the worst get there check in and stuff, and the towels had stains and the sheets where nasty spots on them and dusty! After paying for the room they made me pay a $75 deposit well they knew we had kids and my little boy spilled a pop so I cleaned the pop up but I should have just left it there, he charges me $10 for the towel and took it out of my money!

Nice manager. Ignored my online booking request for ground floor rooms. Was able to give us one but not the same room and separated the family. Very hard beds made our backs hurt. Wi-Fi would hardly work. No food or even vending machines available.
