The check in was flawless. Very clean and modern. The shower is broke so our family couldn't shower. The water in the sink was backwards hot was cold..cold was hot. I notified hotel staff about the issues and got a "sorry" and nothing else. Not pleased with service.

Bonita Lakes Park right next to the hotel is a huge plus for runners/hikers or anyone looking for a nice place to walk. The hand soap / shampoo / body wash was a pleasant surprise - much cleaner presentation than I’ve ever had at a hotel. Shower was great. Bed was good. Besides that, the room was pretty average. Breakfast was passable. The staff was amazing - very sweet people all around. I would go back to the place again by myself or perhaps with a partner. Less inclined to do so if I had a family, although it can most certainly get the job done.

Overall, very noisy,room 202 next to the stairs, kids playing up & down the stairs most of the night. running back & forth down the hallway. Complained to the front desk, no results

This place was fantastic. Best lobby ever. Craft beer, pool table, sweet set-up for kids, doesn’t get much better. Fully equipped gym room and outdoor seating area. Room was inviting and comfortable. The hotel is the most eco-friendly I’ve seen. Staff was attentive and friendly.

Amazing place! Loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion dispensers!! Loved they had an area for my kids to play!

As part of the Hilton family, this hotel was great in every way. We will be staying here again and again. Great room, service and breakfast was wonderful. We loved every part of our stay.
