Our stay was great, definitely recommend the king suite for a family- lots of space. Breakfast is good and fresh.

Terrible experience. We arrived with 2 kids after booking on Expedia a room that said sleeps 4 with a pull out couch. When we arrived they did not have my reservation and even after showing them my Expedia receipt they said they needed more. After they saw I was not going anywhere and 40 min of waiting they got me a room. She comped me 2 drink tickets, which couldn't be used because the bar was closed. We then waited another 30 min for roll out beds. The staff acted like all this was my fault and after 100s of stays via Expedia I have never had an issue like this.

OK, so stayed because the ratings were fabulous but it was not. The service was excellent and I was impressed that the folks there managed to take care of EVERYONE even though a family reunion had taken up nearly the entire place that weekend. The people were great. Our room was so-so - the shower was in deteriorating condition, even the stone work at the bottom ledge was cracked and falling apart. I trusted that it was clean but because of the degradation it did not LOOK clean. Not enough outlets and no USB outlets in the room -- so yes, OK, safe and nice, but not the experience I expected.

My only complaint is that when I had dinner in the restaurant there were VERY noisy children that were running aroung, jumping on furniture and shirking. When another guest asked for staff to do something, nothig was done.
