Just a stop over on the way to visit family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Reserved and paid for a king size bed and a couch bed combo. I was given a room with no couch and it was never cleaned. Food EVERYWHERE. I went and told them about it and they said they couldn't give me a king bed and couch combo. Obviously I wasn't gonna stay in a room covered in burger king wrappers and coke bottles They gave me a room with two queen beds. Which wasn't great for our particular family situation. My two little kids wanted to sleep with their mom. But both could not in a queen. I reserved weeks earlier. I feel cheated.

I have stayed in the Hampton in Meridian several times visiting family. It's always clean and comfortable and the staff is always friendly.
