Hampton Inn & Suites Laurel, MS

Overall great experience, however, special recognition to the one lady food service! She was amazing!! There was a number of baseball families, some rather pushy, and only one of her, but she kept her poise with a smile, and the food service area clean and well stocked! She definitely deserves recognition!

Overall property was nice and quiet for the stay with my family of 3. Two queens slept well. Room was clean but common areas could use some additional detail work. Also while in the bathroom if another room flushed the toilet you can here it, but this was confined to the bathroom only. Overall good stay and we’d stay again

Staff made us feel welcome. We left feeling as family! We had a great stay.

The service was mediocre. My family and I always sanitize where we stay, but our room had mud on the floor that had to be vacuumed up after our arrival and the pillows weren’t the best either. We were offered another room, but after unpacking and traveling 14 hours I didn’t feel like packing and unpacking again. For the most part staff members were nice. The breakfast could use improvement- the fruit was old and should have been disposed of instead of serving to guests. They were out of grits and we were told it would take an hour to prepare them and it was 2 hours before breakfast was scheduled to end, so yeah SMH. We spoke with a guest in the area and she was disappointed as well with the breakfast. I won’t be staying here again. Hopefully everyone else had a better experience.
