Holiday Inn Hattiesburg - North, an IHG Hotel

I definitely liked the fact that I was able to get adjoining rooms the day of! They were able to accommodate my family so we could be comfortable. The breakfast was good and the waitress was friendly!

The hotel was great. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfy. I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. The problem I had was with the restaurant in the hotel. I had driven 15 hours and my family and I went to grab a meal before bed. We waited for two hours in the restaurant. The service was nonexistent, and the waitresses were laughing and giggling. My family along with four other tables waited for approx two hours before people started getting upset. My family eventually ended up going to bed, and 45 minutes later I got our food. It really put a damper on our stay, and for that reason if I’m driving through Harrisburg again I will not stay here. The reviews online were horrible, and were on par.
