I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with my son, grandchildren, and 2 dogs. It had a nice kitchenette and was clean. Area around the property provided a place to walk the dogs. Overall, a good stay. I would recommend this place.

The front desk was rude to my family. We had 3 rooms and checked in with 5 kids after traveling all day. We were there about 10 minutes when they started calling with noise complaints. Listen …. I know my grandkids are loud. But we were still getting settled in our rooms and they were excited to see cousins. Apparently a lady below was trying to sleep at 5:00 pm. I think they could have given us some grace since we just arrived. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast staff was very good. But we won’t go back.

Our first time in Mississippi to visit our grandchildren. The staff was very helpful in providing us with information about the area. They were very friendly. We enjoyed having the free breakfast each morning before starting out on our day. Even though it was November the kids enjoyed the pool on a warm afternoon.

The amenities at The Residence Inn Marriott were superb. Although we were traveling through as a couple, it would be a fantastic stop for a family. The staff was super friendly, and the level of cleanliness was very high. I chose it due to the high rating on hotels.com and they were spot on!

We were traveling with my sons family and had planned on renting two hotel rooms. The Residence Inn was by far the best choice for us. We had a two bedroom suite which allowed us more time with our family and granddaughter. We had a great breakfast the next morning which was included with our suite. Over all we saved money in the end. Had a great suite and time with our family which we would not of had in separate rooms on different floors. Saved time and money by not having to go some place for breakfast. Also our suite was spotless and the beds were great. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Hattiesburg.
