The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great as usual and the pool was great. We use this hotel most years when in the area to see family. The only drawback this year was the distinct smell of weed in the hallway near our room but it was hard to say if it was from inside or coming from outside with all the air conditioners running. Overall, it was a great stay as usual.

The staff went above and beyond with my 2 toddlers, giving them suckers, bags and apples. They were so helpful with trying to get them to sit and eat breakfast (they were very excited to be at the hotel to say the least). and I was blown away! The breakfast was great, I loved that they had a wading pool in addition to the big pool. Would book again!!

Loved the 4th of July decorations! Great recommendation on where to have dinner from the front desk. Great pool and hot tub with even a kiddy pool. Breakfast was fantastic with many selections.

The check-in was very pleasant even though we were all very tired and it was late from an 18 hour car ride. The clerk behind the desk was very kind and helpful. It was a quiet stay, we were there to visit family, so we’re gone for the daytime hours. The only complaint I have is I asked for a towel and hand towel, once. The person who helped me gave me the feeling I was a disturbance to him. (That’s why the 4 not 5 review)

Everything about the hotel was great! The guy that checked us in on 9/16 around 6 was so funny we loved him. The lady was so nice to our kids! And the hot tub was great! Food was awesome! We had a great time!

We had four rooms between all our family members. The staff was amazing! Every morning the breakfast was fresh and well stocked no matter how early or late we went down to eat! Tables were cleaned as soon as they were vacant and ready for the next guests to sit down. Probably one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a while!!!

We use this hotel almost every year for our family reunion. The pool area is spacious enough for parents to watch kids swim and still remain dry, and the breakfasts are delicious. The only hitch this year was one of the 2 elevators not working for a few days. With a nearly full hotel it made for a big inconvenience, but I’ve certainly experienced worse.
