This was our families first time watching fire works in St. Cloud and our first time at this hotel. It was all perfect. The room was very clean and cozy. Also nice and quiet. Thank you Country Inn. We will recommend for others.

They booked the second floor to a kids hockey team there was stomping all day and night from the second floor to the first. I called to address it and we where told oh well they have no other rooms and there's nothing they can do and that they asked them to "stop" . Given the last complaint we didn't get to use the pool/hot tub all weekend because they're large group dominated it. And when we tried to we where meet with 3 kids at least jumping into the hot tub. Won't be staying here again . Also they have a rule now u can't live within 30 miles of the hotel great way to thank your community for years of business. Yuck avoid this place !

Informed desk person. Was not quiet at all. Stayed 2 nights and both nights children were running the floors, some type of laundry type large crafts were rolling up and down the hallways and overall, not very quiet. I have children and grandchildren,so I ma use to their type of noise. This was beyond normal activity.

The hotel was packed with students and parents attending an event. The hotel staff graciously opened breakfast early on a Saturday to accommodate the many families who had to checkout by 7 am. Also, the hot tub was the perfect temperature.

Everything was good til I pulled out the bed from the sofa for my kids and found blood stained sheets with hair and what seemed to be drug paraphernalia in front of my kids. I called down to the front desk and she didn’t seemed phased and asked me to come down to grab new sheets and when I showed her she just said “sorry we have a new cleaning staff” the next day I went down to check out in person just so I could speak with a manager, the lady who helped me was so nice and friendly but then informed me the person from the night before was the manager. Not impressed

It was so clean and safe feeling. The breakfast was wonderful and it was so quiet for being in the middle of the city. We will plan to stay with our family again.

Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Lobby very clean and comfortable. Room was also very clean and attractive. Bathroom spotless with very bright white towels. Nice size shampoo and conditioner. Pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
