GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel - Saint Cloud

Took over 45 minutes to register for my room, reason was the desk clerk could not find the 3 reservations of the 3 gents in front of me. The backyard area was very nice for both children and adults they even had a bbq you could use. Very nice as well for smokers nice shaded area.

We had a falling out with family and needed a place to stay quickly. We took a chance to stay at the Grandstays for the first time. Check it went smoothly and the front desk and the rest of the staff are just so friendly! Any issue we had (needing more towels/garbage bags/key cards being silly) they addressed quickly. The breakfast is decent, the kids love the waffles (and mom). The pool is small and not that deep, but great for kids. We really appreciated the access to washers and dryers, especially with young kids. I didn't really have a brand of hotel that I needed to stay at, but our stay here has definitely changed that! They kinda felt like family during this hard time.

The property was nice, and the entrance was on a relatively quiet street. The surrounding area was not in the best location, but I did feel safe taking my grandchildren out for dinner in the evening. Price for value was excellent.

It was a very positive experience from check in to check out. Very accommodating rooms for my family and very clean and quiet! Definitely staying here again!

The hotel is in a great location, close to Downtown and College campus. Nice little pool for kids and gym. Breakfast was good with some hot items. The hotel overall needs some deep cleaning.

The only thing i wish was different was the lack of parent supervision of children in the hotel. I tried to enjoy time to relax in the hot tub but could not handle the constant screaming of unsupervised children in the pool. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Stayed due to family in hospital! Nice rooms and helpful staff

I got a suit for my husband birthday a night out for us. Plenty things to do close by a huge plus for us. Check in was easy all the staff where friendly and answered any questions we had the room was perfect. Oh and I can’t forget the breakfast was absolutely delicious best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Husband and I have already talked about coming back with the kids.

We were VERY satisfied with our stay. Our room was comfortable & very clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially the young lady that checked us in & the young lady that was taking care of the breakfast area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone except Olympic swimmers. The pool was a bit small. However, that didn't matter to us. Our children had a great time.

The room set up was very nice, as was the play area, pool, and laundry. However, the person attending breakfast was on personal calls. There was NO coffee, fresh fruit or other fruit, cheese, or 2% milk. The one egg serving that was available was dry. Furthermore, we felt unsafe when 2 men (not guests) came in the back door and stuffed their pockets with food, leaving a mess. They knew the person at the front desk and she allowed them in. Another issue was computer access. We could not use the computer because a child (housekeepers son) was camped there for days. If you could not eat bread or waffles, there was nothing to eat. My husband has Celiac. When we spoke with management, they said they could not get enough help. I have photos, but don't know how to upload them.
