Compared to previous bookings, this one was great. Huge pool (which we couldn’t use due to a gazillion kids running around-but that didn’t bother us too much) and a restaurant attached to the complex. Everything clean and modern, huge room.

Overall great stay. The pool and kiddie pool were incredibly cold. The kiddie pool is VERY slippery. Myself and another guest got into the kiddie pool and both fell with our children in our arms. We are lucky neither child was hurt from the fall. This needs to be addressed to avoid any injuries. Also, breakfast should be advertised as at green mill. We felt very mislead on this. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower.

We were given a room above the pool area that had a window. Children in the pool were screaming constantly after 9 PM. Pool doesn't close until 11 PM and children are allowed to be there until 11 PM. We could not sleep so they gave us a different room. I think children should be made to leave the pool area by 9 PM so adults could enjoy the pool, too. And it would be quiet time.

Perfect spacious room and great place to stay for our family get together! Kids were seriously amazed when they found they had their own hang out space with an awesome beanbag chair and read corner!! The pool area was great. The staff was in perfect and super helpful with everything, it was a great mini vacation/family gathering.

This is an older property, that could use some updating. Our room for being a family suite, was quite small with no seating area. The beds were super comfortable.

The pool area was way over max capacity. The music was way too loud for poolside rooms. There were dangerous cords from crockpots everywhere. The hot jets didn’t work and many young children in the small hot tub.

I loved that they had family suites with 3 and 4 beds, so we didn't have to rent multiple rooms and split up the adults to stay in rooms with the little kids! The only part I didn't love was that these suites are down a flight of stairs with no elevator, meaning we had to haul our gear for 9, up and down the stairs. Even with the hotel packed with kids in town for sports tournaments, our rooms were quiet.

Nice hotel, pool area and general areas were nice. We did a family suite and I wish there had been more description on the room info. Turned out it was at the end of a hall and then downstairs(no elevator access) and through small hallway and another door. We didn’t see any other ways to exit so I’m not sure in an emergency what would have happened. The room was clean but felt very with congested and small even with 2 floors.
