Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Cloud West, MN

Our family has stayed here quite often in the past and there was such a difference between a year ago and now. The staff was definitely friendly and the breakst area was very well cared for. Our room smelled like it had been smoked in, there was not a full roll of toliet paper on the holder and there was not an extra in the room. There was grime in the bathtub and in the corners of the bathroom. The worst was that was not a king size mattress cover on the bed, it either a double or queen size. The pool and hot tub surfaces were looked dirty and like they needed to be cleaned. Im sad because Country Inn & Suites used to one of my go to hotels but i cant now....they've changes managment from Radisson to Choice recently and that may be part of the issue.

The hotel was full of kids they came for some type of game or something, they were so loud, running all the time, hallways full of them walking and running wet from the pool, parents were not concern at all. If I would know ahead of time, I wouldn’t book a night at that hotel. I slept horrible.

The room was very quiet and clean and perfect for a family of 5.

Great front desk staff, cozy room, and nice pool. Complimentary breakfast on sunday had good options. We had a great family stay.

The hotel was very nice. I just wish that those with small children would be placed in rooms on the 1st floor since the room above us sounded like a gymnasium until 1030 pm.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, great set up in the room, and AC is perfect!! Getting ready for a family wedding and it’s all good! Also, plug-in’s are modernized for smart phones and multiple people!!

This stay was not as comfortable as I am used to b/c of all the noise created by kids running up and down the hallways all night up above my room. In other words, b/c noone minded their children and the service didnt reinforced the 10 pm quiet time...I moved to another hotel for my second hotel... one that still had a kids hockey team there as well... but my sleep wasnt interupted...
