We booked a block of rooms for two of our teams so we could be together. The price was descent but once we got there one thing after another happened. We had to change rooms because the sheets hs not been changed and blood stains on the blanket. The desk had many sticky spots so we knew it had not been cleaned at all. Dusty and dirty room. The new room had an air conditioner that sounded like it was going to blow up and the dust and toe nails laying along the edge of the walls was disgusting. Breakfast was not great and lady running it Sunday was crabby!!!! One of our families got kicked out of their room when they had proof they were there for two nights! Hotel people took all their stuff out of the room and some of it is still missing. They had to go find another hotel. Other things happened too. Just not the greatest place! Right when you walk in front doors, look up by the brick wall. You will see cob webs that have been there for 10 years at least! Insane!!

The staff was very aggressive toward our children. I witnessed the front desk staff scream at a child for cooking an egg in the microwave, then our kids for playing in the pool "dangerously". If you have children Do not stay here! The next morning the next front desk staff kept asking me and another guest why we would be staying in Sartell if we lived out of the area, she gave the clear impression we were not welcome. They don't seem to want guests.

We have stayed at this hotel for years and been very happy. Lately we have noticed things are starting to go downhill. We were especially disappointed by the breakfast on our last stay. We came down at 9:30 am which granted is towards the end of the breakfast period. Thier were no sausages, no pastries or bagels, no hard boiled eggs, no butter for toast, and no yogurt, when I asked about restocking the food, the desk person brought out 6 sausages and 4 bagel halves. There were still 3 or four families that came to eat after us, and I'm sure that there wasn't any food for them. I heard several talking about going to McDonalds to get some breakfast. Very disappointing for the lodging prices being charged.

I stayed there before. It;s a great place for familys and kids because of the pool. The morning breakfast was very good

Room was dirty and run down. Toilet smelled bad and had visible dried on feces in the bowl. Sink was leaking. Handicap shower stall did not work properly and leaked everywhere making it a safety issue to get around. We slept on top of bedding because of cleanliness. People next door were talking in. Guests next door were talking in normal voices yet the walls were so thin it sounded like they were in our room. Pool closed for 3 hours in the afternoon for lessons for kids, no signs posted and nobody told us till we were at the pool trying to get in. Stayed several days and only one front desk person ever spoke to us in a friendly way. The rest of the time the staff couldn’t even bother to say hello, it was strange. Breakfast was ok, continental basics with waffles, icky scrambled eggs and sausage. Overall, this was really poor stay. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this was just not a good experience at all.

great staff, great suite room, only complaint would be the loud rowdy kids. not the staffs fault, but parents and coaches needed to control their children. screaming in the pool, running the halls at all hours of the night. staff did their best to control the situation. overall good stay. would come back.

The staff was incredibly rude as soon as we walked in. It became very clear that they did not like my husband (a black man) they made comments about him and about myself. I had a red mark on my neck from carrying heavy bags in and holding a baby, I have a skin condition that makes my skin very sensitive and one of the ladies kept commenting on it, again incredibly rude! My skin condition is not something I should have to talk about, it is just overly sensitive. They wouldn't talk to my husband at all. Then when we went to the pool and came back into the room it was OBVIOUS someone had been in our room! The door was open, Things were moved and opened and placed in other spots. We didn't even stay at this hotel that night. We were so afraid and when I tried to talk to the ladies again they laughed and said it was impossible for someone to get in yet it did happen

Room was very big and nice for a big family. Nice and clean pool. Floors in room were dirty. Kids feet were black after a couple hours. No car port for loading and unloading kids.
