horrible stay the staff were very rude i asked to get a early check in because it was a rain storm and i had my kid the guy literally told me if i would’ve booked through the hotel directly he would do it but since i booked thru hotels.com i would have to pay 40$ just to check in a few hours early i tried explaining that we drove from far away i have a kid in the car who needs to be changed and i didn’t have the 40$ bucks or else i would’ve paid he was very rude about it then when we actually checked in the lady was rude as well. overall by far the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had.

We enjoyed our stay (4 nights). The hotel was convenient to everything we needed to do. The room was big enough as we weren't in it much but to sleep. The bathroom was very tiny but had everything we needed. Great restaurant right next door. The girls at the front desk were helpful and very friendly. Would stay again when we go back to visit family.

Nothing setting this above average hotel. It was a place to sleep between family activities elsewhere. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast room was newer and more pleasant than the rest of the place.

Is good place to stay with family because is safe and quiet

Do not stay in this place. From the moment we pulled up and cops were all over the place I new it was bad. First I had no idea a $50 a night pet deposit was required. That’s in a different section of rules. We were on vacation, had to bring the puppy. While at dinner waiting to eat, I get a call my dog is out of the room running the halls. Odd considering my dog can’t just open a door, so someone had of tried to get into the room. Said we have to go back get our dog inside so we did. Missed our dinner reservations. And kind of ruined the night for us. Second day. Mall of America in line to get kids their highly anticipated pass to the rides for the day. I get another call from a rude front desk clerk. You need to come back no one is with the dog. I agreed and per their policy no one has to be. She agreed but said you must come back now. So again leave our event for the day drive all the way back and I ask what the problem is. All the tenants are completing the dogs barking. And the policy says if they bark they can’t be there. I no my dog don’t just bark unless someone is knocking or getting in the room. I had enough and wanted my money back to go to a new hotel. She says no we. Don’t have to and I’ll get my manager on the phone. She calls them they tell her it’s their day off they don’t care. So back to her saying the dog can’t stay or she will call animal control and have it taken away. I recorded it dogs asleep ruined my vacation for my kids thanks…..

My husband my 3yr old and I stayed here when we visited family for a week. All was great the breakfast the room was clean until the 3rd night we were there. At 9:45pm we heard yelling and cursing along with some loud bangs coming from the hallway. We called the front desk and they assured us that they would take care of the situation. After about 20 mins or so it got quiet so we fell back asleep. At around 11:30 midnight we had someone knocking on our door. My husband jumps up gets dress grabs our gun and says through the door “can I help you” with no response. Again another knock. So my husband call the front desk again they said they didn’t see anything on the cameras but, again we hear knocking at our door. My husband opened the door this time peeks out the door hun first and sees a very heavy set man knocking on other doors ask him “can I help you” to which the man doesn’t reply he just runs down the hallway to the stairs then out of the building. When I spoke to Rebecca the manager about all of this she told me the first situation the man was arrested for domestic assault as for the second the man walked out of the building and never came back. I had asked if I could get some kind of compensation for our night she told me flat out none of it involved me and that I was basically SOL. I wouldn’t never stay here again because of the drama that goes on here which is a shame because it’s a very nice clean hotel with an amazing breakfast.

Stayed here for one night. Husband saw a cockroach crawling on the nightstand. He started searching the room for more. He found 4 more crawling around behind the fridge. Husband spoke with the front desk staff. They quickly offered us another room with no issues. He searched the other room and it appeared to be free from more bugs. If it wasn’t so late at night and didn’t have a sleeping baby, we would have left.

This is my go to hotel when visiting family, but this time the bathroom and upper walls of the room had black bugs. It moved to the night shade. I was so surprised since the room otherwise was immaculate. But I couldn't get comfortable because of the bugs

This facility is one of our most favorite places to stay when visiting family.

Using the Expedia app was the only way me and my family were going to get a hotel last night! I called a few places who were all booked up so tried Expedia and it was a 2 minute process. Easy! Hotel did smell like weed right when we walked in. I don’t care for that but it didn’t smell in our room. Very clean in our room!
