This experience was not good - my reservations were very messed up! I had to call the hotel for an extra day & they didn’t make it for the correct day & they messed up my traveling family was messed up too! The person handling check in couldn’t figure it out - finally the manager came out. He got it all figured out & gave us a better rate. Then my friend and I tried to use the hot tub & the water went out on us while we were in it!! Tried the next night & water was cold! What crazy stay!

I was told my room had a pull out couch for my child…..Of course there was none. Noone offered to remedy the situation either.

Our family stayed in Burnsville for a wedding. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast in the morning. Beds were comfortable and large bath a plus!

We arrived late to the hotel and were greeted by Felix and a very nice young woman. We had requested a cot for a two queen bedroom because we had two small children, which made our group five total. Apparently, that combination was against fire codes, so Felix arranged for us to have a different room to accommodate (safely) all of us. We were tired after a long drive, with two hungry children and he made the situation so much more relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel because the staff is so accommodating , including the morning clean up people. Also, a thank you to Anthony, the General Manager, who met helped us as we checked out.

Excellent location for our family, staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, great breakfast. Cleaning under beds needs attention and the mattresses seemed to need some updates.

Nice clean and cozy room . Clean microwave and fridge in the room. The staff were amazing. The lady Barb in the breakfast room was super friendly . My kids loved her. Overall the stay was pleasing and we enjoyed the stay a lot.

This property is situated in a spot that was convenient as a jumping off point for us to visit family. One of the staff members seemed to have a real attitude about my question of checking in early. She at first said she would check to see if my room was ready and then looked up from her computer screen, to tell me check-in would be one hour later. She seemed very annoyed. We left and returned later. The property seemed to be what I would call 'worn.' I have usually enjoyed staying at Hampton Inns, but this was a disappointment.
