Stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Location is safe and convinient to shopping center, only 7 min drive to Mall of America. The whole place is clean and smells really good. Staff are professional and friendly. The only issue we had was the bfast they prepared on our first morning. It was really terrible so we had to eat outside. Which is kinda disappointing ‘coz part of what we paid for is bfast included. Overall happy with our stay except for boiled and gross sausage patties they took out for bfast.

I stayed 4 nights with husband and two small children. Hotel is in a good area adjacent to outlet mall and some restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast had several options. This hotels rule is “housekeeping comes every 3 days”. Very problematic with a toddler and a baby. I had requested housekeeping the second day (staff assured us we could request) but housekeeper did not come. The garbage was full of diapers/food plus crumbs on the floor. The third day housekeeper knocked at noon even though there was a “do not disturb” sign on the door. We asked her to come back in an hour as the children were having a nap. She did not return. My toddler peed the bed so the dirty sheets were in the corner of the room. The fourth day we were out all day. The housekeeper did not show up. So 4 days with ZERO housekeeping. Apparently they are gone for the day by 4pm. We emptied our own garbages and used towels as a broom. The front desk clerk was accommodating and allowed us to move to a clean room for our final night after I complained. The washing machine was also broken so we had to ask the hotel next door to use their laundry machine. All in all completely inconvenient and not family friendly. I’d expect for the amount of money this hotel costs to have housekeeping every 2 days. I dont recommend this hotel if staying more than 2 days with kids. Also pool is broken so they say you can use the hotel next door. Basically I should have stayed next door.

We paid for a bigger room so our kids could have their own tv. That TV did not work at all. The hotel also smelled very musty.

Looks like it is newer building. Everything looks nice and clean. Swimming pool could be bigger my kids refuse to go there since it was too small.

My only issues I had with our stay was having to pay for parking and my kids would’ve hoped the pool was bigger. Two very minor things in the whole scope of our stay, other than that our stay was wonderful.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was the tiniest hotel pool i have ever seen. Only 5-6 people could fit comfortably. Very disappointing as i have kids that loved to swim. We swam anyways and they had fun but i saw about 4 families come in wanting to swim. They took one look at the pool and left cause it was too crowded even with 5 people in it. The breakfast was good they had good options, waffles, eggs, sausage, prepackaged breakfast sandwiches. The only thing i didnt like was the setup and how each section was seperated by a wall. Felt very crowded and getting in someone elses way was too easy. The dining area was comfortable and roomy. They had booths which was nice and comfortable for our family. The location was nice for shopping all you have to do is walk across parking lot to a building and use stairs/elevator to get to the mall. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want to swim, but the other amenities made it a good stay.

The young lady at check in was so pleasant. We traveled with our brown kids that had their own room she went out of her way to make sure they were on the same floor. The hotel in general was very clean the pool was nice and cozy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was ideal for a family on the go. My kids enjoyed the pool! We will certainly stay there again when we are back in the twin cities!
