Homewood Suites - Mall of America

We stayed in a family suite. The fridge was very noisy and the tv in the seating area did not function properly. When contacting the hotel front desk, we were told that the maintenance guy is not available. So no help whatsoever. The seating area was not big enough to allow the pullout couch bed to function properly. Also, we were charged $32 for parking a rental car during our stay. This was not clearly stated on the reservation, so was a very unpleasant surprise. All and all, the experience was less than poor. Will not use this place again in the future.

It’s only if you stay night it’s good but if you stay multiple nights not good because they don’t provide bath towels or clean rooms service everyday and weekdays they don’t provide any juice for kids in mornings breakfast you have to purchase juice for $4.00

The staff was incredibly helpful and SO kind!! A BIG thank you to Mary and Aiman for their sweet interactions with my kiddos. Very much appreciated!!!

My family my husband and I, our 2 daughters and their husbands and 2 children a total of 10 of us stayed in 3 suites that each had a king bed and a pull out couch. It was a fantastic 4 day trip across from MALL OF AMERICA. We enjoyed the choice to walk across the Killebrew pedestrian bridge or take the car to cross Killebrew Dr Wonderful breakfast at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was really nice to be able to walk to the Mall of America, they also provide a shuttle to the mall. Staff was nice and friendly. My family enjoyed the breakfast.

Mr. Phil Rommel was really accommodating to us. He tended to all our family needs. We asked if we could stay a little bit longer during check out as we have a lot of things that we have to load and put away and he let us stay for another hour free of charge.

Good place to stay with the family

We liked the location close to the Mall of America and our hotel room was very quiet. The room says it sleeps 7-8 but the double beds in the one room were a bit on the smaller side. They might suit younger kids to share but not tweens/teenagers. They don't have rollaway beds. Staff were friendly and helped with what they could. Breakfast was decent and food quality was mostly good. Eggs were rubbery and not appetizing and meats were hit or miss. We mostly had cereal, bagels, toast, hash browns, yogurt. A waffle machine would have been nice. The pool was large but we didn't swim because it was stuffy and there was a buzzing noise that wasn't pleasant. No hot tub. Outside seating area looked good but it was too hot while we were there to enjoy it. We found some garbage in the room that didn't belong to us so wasn't cleaned thoroughly between guests. With that said, staff were happy to tidy up and provide more towels when requested. Was a light meal provided one evening that we saw in our four day stay but it seemed random so would be nice to have more information about when that occurs and we could have planned for it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the quietness and convenient location.

Omg y'all best staff, emaculent room, across from Mall of America, next to IHOP, blue line train to the Twins game...Are you kidding me, what's not to love here. It was perfect, especially for our 21st wedding anniversary

The size was great! We had a group of 7 ladies and kids for a shopping weekend. Location to the mall was great! Unfortunately the room had not been vacuumed (fingernails on the carpet between the beds and garbage under the beds). The furnishings are worn (large tear in the couch fabric, dent in the fridge)
