The location was fabulous for a trip to Mall of America/ Nickelodeon Universe and not too far from Valley Fair Amusement Park. I went with my family for vacation. We could walk by ramp that attached to the mall and we had a TGI Fridays as well as an IHOP connected to our hotel. The buffet was also really good.

The staff was WONDERFUL! You never had to try to find someone to help or ask a question. The only "complaint" I can make is about the pool area. The hot tub was very old and didn't have top jets. The other hot tub was broken. We loved that they had two pools! It allowed us to enjoy a quiet swim vs. the fun/loud pool with kids.

My family and I stayed there from 6/22-6/27 for our son 9th Birthday. Everyone was remarkably kind but the one that stuck out the most was Mr.Pierre. He was fantastic. Thank you so much for being there for my family and I.

The location was perfect, family trip to mall of America, parked and never needed to get back in the car, short walk to and from the mall. The staff was great, hotel in general was great. Breakfast is just par, nothing to write home about, and the bathrooms in the rooms were a little shabby. but the room itself was spacious and well cleaned.

The property was quiet at night and was clean. They clean rooms M, W, F and came as noted to clean. They even asked if needed anything extra like towels or shampoo. We felt safe walking to the mall of America which was conveniently located across the street. The breakfast had a lot of selection, just no fresh fruit besides bananas, however, they had a large selection. I would stay here with a family.

The staff was nice and helpful. The facilities were clean and the room was also, ready a little early too. The only thing I was disappointed in was the heat in our room. It didnt work well and there was a draft coming from the bedroom windows, so had to keep the shades closed at all times. My kids and I made it work but wished we couldve been moved to a room with a working heating system.

This was a fantastic experience for my family. We’ve stayed different places when traveling to MOA previously but we will be staying only here for now on. The walkway to the mall and restaurants attached to the hotel (one of them being 24hr service) provided convenience that is unmatched.

Nice location, short walk to Mall of America, nice choice of restaurants in area. Stayed two separate week ends with grandkids. First weekend the check in staff , the women was amazing, the second weekend the guy behind was so rude, First weekend , rooms were clean .Second weekend , black hair in tub and not as clean floors. So it must depends on who is cleaning that day!
