The Hotel was nicely kept with good amenities. The shower was one of the worst ever and the ceiling sounded like it was going to collapse when kids above us were running across the room.

Overall an OK experience. The pool and hot tub were great for a family with kids. The rooms were fine for the price point. Sunday breakfast was a disaster as no-one was available to restock items or empty the trash.

We specifically came to this hotel for a hot tub and pool for new years. I called a week before to make sure they were both working. We took the kids to the pool on New Years eve and the hot tub was out of order and the pool was very cold. The chlorine levels were burning our eyes just sitting in there, the kids eyes were red for a couple days. Then my granddaughter went to shower because she was cold and there was no hot water. They had to 'reset' the boiler, so she had to wait an hour to shower. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub, very disappointing. The front desk offered to cancel our room for us, lol where were we supposed to go at 7p? There is only 1 rolling chair and 2 little ottomans in a suite for 6 people once the sofa couch is pulled out, and no hooks for anything by the door. The closet with hangers is inside the bathroom. Nice large room, but very awkward.

Our family stayed here in a studio 2 queen room. Loved the space and the pool was comfortably heated. The whirlpool wasn't working though and the water for the shower in the room did not get very warm. Breakfast was good, though no waffle/pancake maker available. We would stay again!

The family had two rooms and the set up worked very well. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Loved the welcoming of the staff for the most important member of our family! - OUR DOG! Animals have so much to teach us and also seeing all the cruelty free products warmed my heart so much! Thank you for a great, reliable stay. The buffet remains the best part for my kids. Looking forward to seeing more vegetarian options at our next stay 🙏

The hotel is nice enough. The staff is excellent. The rooms need to be updated. The caulk in the bathroom is older and cracking. There is probably water getting into the walls. The breakfast is a good one. Typical fare. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles. Cold cereal, yogurt and oatmeal. The most important part was we were able to bring our grandchildren to the room at naptime while their parents unpacked after moving.

Amazing clean and spacious family friendly hotel! Our room had to be over 600 sq ft, it was spacious luxury.
