Bell Tower Hotel

Very convenient for visiting families.

Hotel was extremely clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Complimentary cookies in the evening although they went quickly. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were much appreciated on a cold winter evening. Bed was comfortable too. Breakfast selections were good but chocolate milk and bacon is needed. I did not like that you have to use a valet service and it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and plastic cups in the room. Along with two complimentary bottles of water. For what the hotel charges, they can spare a couple of bottles of water instead of charging $2.75 for one bottle. The bathtub is very small and I’m not a large person but the bath towels available are adequate for a child. One elevator that you have to wait a long period of time for isn’t enough either. So we used the stairs quite often and the stairwell smelt of cigarettes. But overall, a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
