Everything is good except double beds may be too small for family of 4.

Great stay. My husband and I got a welcome glass of champagne. Our kids enjoyed the large heated pool.

You are given 4 wristbands for you and your family to wear to swim so if you have more than 4 people someone can’t go …if I would have known that I wouldn’t have stayed here..customer service by some staff is mediocre others were amazing..overall I won’t be back it’s expensive for no reason

Great pool for kids and all

In a 300+ room hotel on a slow midweek night it is unacceptable to block rooms together. Example: a traveling couple roomed next to a family with young rambunctious kids with a door shared between rooms. It was so loud non stop. Only response from calling for help from front desk was asking t if I want to move. At 1 AM when I have been asleep for 2 hours. Not cool!! Spread out customers in your ginormous hotel!!

I have had a wonderful experience here multiple times now. Everyone is really wonderful and caring. This trip, the manager who checked us in was awful, he actually made me say out loud that we would not come back. Everyone else is amazing. He seemed unhappy that I had kids, he was rude, and

I have stayed here a few times. My kids and I love the pool and hot tub. The restaurant inside the hotel is nice as well when they are open.

Great stay! Have been staying her for Easter weekend since I was a kid and I’m 26 now! They have a great pool that’s huge and it’s right next to the highway, mall and airport (but it not loud). Will definitely be back

Overall, this hotel was good. The pool and fitness room were an excellent value adds and probably the best feature of this hotel. Unfortunately that’s where the good stopped, the room itself was not that great. we got a room with double beds for our family of 3 and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and probably the tiniest double beds I have ever seen in the history of hotels. The sheets were not clean and I saw several blood marks on them upon close inspection telling me they don’t really change or clean in between guests. Unfortunately I noticed this on my second night of stay because the first night we were severely exhausted after a day long drive to pay attention. There were also insect kill marks on the wall. That being said, the staff was extremely courteous and welcoming. The lobby area was clean and modern looking. They also accommodated our request for a late checkout so our kid could spend extra time in the pool which we really appreciated. Recommend this place with caution on what to realistically expect because the reviews were somewhat deceiving.
