Graduate Ann Arbor

Great location, great for a family trip to Ann arbor. Walkable to everything. Hotel common areas are beautiful. The room was great though some things were a little awkward - more for aesthetics than function like the bedside lamps and bathroom ceiling.

Water came through our ceiling in bathroom the night we were there. Reported to front desk, who investigated and found it was a toilet that overflowed above. They apologized, but didn't find out until we were long gone that it was toilet water that had sprayed the towels we used to shower. For what this place costs a night, you'd think they'd have at least given us a room credit of SOME sort for the issue. Rooms are nice, but bathroom is small. We also had an adjoining room occupied by guests that were not with us...there is ZERO soundproofing under the door...so at 6:00 a.m. when their baby woke up, so did we. In my opinion not worth the extra money.

Waiting on a refund family emergency had to cancel wasnt my fault

My husband and I needed a hotel for the night before our VRBO rental with family. The Graduate was awesome! The room was comfortable and there was delicious dining onsite with excellent service. Our first drinks were comped as was our morning coffee from their adorable coffee shop. We'll stay again if we're in the area!

This hotel is fantastic. Great location, great amenities, great lobby, great beds. We had a couple in our family that had to work some during the week we were in Ann Arbor. They loved working at the long table in the lobby, and later we all hung out in one of the spacious seating areas and in the bar to relax. The breakfast was delicious with friendly service. We received daily complimentary coffee from the in-house coffee shop and bar coupons with our reservation. The valet service for our car was quick, easy, and friendly even though we came and went several times during our stay. The location is perfect for walking around the U of M campus, shopping downtown, and—for us—visiting family that lives close by. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ann Arbor.

I do not feel As if I should have to pay to valet my car in a hotel that I already paid for!! So frustrating, and then you have to wait for your car, plus tip everytime! I will never stay here again. Tried to purchase milk for my child at the cafe inside, no drinks for kids! Stressful experience.
