great hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice amenities, close to University and mall, lots of dining options near by. Great hotel for families. The mall is undergoing construction, but we did not notice any noise in the room. toilets are low, but we appreciate that as a short family.

Did a two nights vacation here with my family. The service from the front desk and housekeeping was amazing. The only downfall was that the restaurant and bar area closed early. And that was a reason why I booked this hotel. And the mall construction wasn’t a nice view either.

We live in the area and stayed here for four days during a recent power outage. The room was billed as a “junior suite” but it was rather small. Staff is very friendly and helpful, so overall it was a good stay under not the best of circumstances. (A “staycation” as my daughter says.) Breakfast on site was pretty good and the hotel is pet friendly, which was great as we needed to bring our small parrot so she didn’t freeze to death. The charges were very reasonable. The beds could be upgraded to something a bit more comfortable. The shower was great.

We were just passing through to see family and decided to stop. The staff was very friendly! They are also pet friendly and had a hot tub that is why we choose this hotel!

Came to Ann Arbor for the Michigan football game. Loved everything about this property. Upon check in staff informed us about the shuttle to the game and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. Cassidy went above and beyond for us all weekend, and is a great asset for Even Hotel. She treated us like friends or family from the time we checked in until check out. All of the employees there are extremely friendly!

The staff there were beyond helpful and so polite and sweet, they made our stay feel very welcoming. The exercise equipment was a nice plus (even though we don’t really exercise lol) we loved all of the smart items. That was a huge plus for us. It made us feel fancy, we loved it. We will definitely stay here again. I did read from other reviews it’s a little loud due to the Highway being close. I will say that’s true. Definitely loud, but truthfully it helped my baby boy sleep. It was like have a sound machine. Overall very satisfied and they do a great job!

The desk manager did everything she could to make us comfortable, includling upgrading us to a junior suite when we discovered a leak in our ceiling (presumably caused by the AC). We were comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was wonderful!! We were in town for a tour of UM and enjoyed the location of this hotel, right next to the mall, and not far, short driving distance to the U of M. We will stay here again!!!

Great hotel; great staff; nice amenities including breakfast, pool, and hot tub. Hotel is designed very well and is safe. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely fantastic for a family of four. I have no complaints about this hotel and plan to make it my hotel of choice for any upcoming business meetings to Ann Arbor. Oh and the one complaint... there could have been some spare blankets in the closet, but that's such an inconsequential thing except when you're cold at night.
