Sonesta Simply Suites Detroit Warren

It was lovely. We're a family of 3, and our toddler got to go down in his pack n play while we got to hang out in the living with our friend we were visiting. Full fridge and freezer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. It was lovely for entertaining!

This was my first time staying at Sonesta and when we arrived the phone did not work at all, I had to keep going down to the front desk for assistance. It was three ppl occupying the room and we only had 2 sets of towels combos instead of having at least 4. There were no forks in the drawer to eat food, I had to fix the tub drain in order to take a bot bath because it had screwed off from the tub it self. Plus every time I went to the front desk no matter what time it was, no one was ever at the front desk. I had to stand and yell for someone, when I was checking out, I stood at the front desk for five minutes and no one ever came. The room itself was nice, it was enough space for me and my two grown children to be comfortable. They can use a few updates, new furniture perhaps and stock up on items for the grocery section.

The staff was amazing. So kind. An early check in was given and appreciated. The hotel is comfortable and a good price for a family getaway.

Front desk ladies extremely nice, my kid loved them. Rooms very comfortable, clean nicely set up. Will recommend.
