Very cool stay kids was jumping above us breakfast was only waffles cereal or oatmeal they can have more options for breakfast overall I had a ok stay

I was out with my family for my mom's 72nd birthday at Olive Garden and i just got in town from Kentucky and it was close by and I'm glad i went, the hotel had a tub, the bed was comfortable. I had my grand kids and they went straight to sleep after a night warm bath..ill be back and it was super clean thanks for a good night's rest

This property was nasty, the toilet broke the rude staff gave me a plunger and ask me to fix it myself, after I tried to repair it, it still didn’t work so I was placed in a room with mold on the door, smoke detector hanging, bathroom had a hole in the wall with a patch over it this room was in worse condition than the last one, the cook baby sited the food making sure you didn’t get extra I asked for a refund they said no smh.. PLEASE Do NOT STAY HERE..

In my opinion this is not a family friendly hotel. The location is a bit dicey with a variety of characters roaming around the hotel lobby. The hotel reeks of pot smoke and it’s not just in the air but in the walls. I cannot recommend this to anyone with kids looking for a safe hotel stay

The hotel was dingy and could use some upgrades. There were always people hanging around outside (not sure what they were there for). There were a number of kids not being well supervised in the lobby area and where breakfast was held. Some of the children were laying on the counter were food is usually served. This lend to an uncomfortable environment.

The ac was very noisy. It kept turning off and turning back on. We checked in at 2am and asked.for a slightly later check out. We were bluntly told no, you need to pay extra 25$ for thay service. Breakfast was horrible. At 8;50 (breakfast ended at 930), there was no milk, no refill for eggs. All we ate was bread and butter. My kids liked the waffles though.

This hotel was excellent for the price. I travel 8-10 times a year and just needed a space to sleep. I felt safe with my family. The beds were comfortable and room was a decent size. Staff was very accommodating. This is a basic hotel, so please do not expect anything glamorous, but it was clean and it pretty good condition.

Worst experience I have had at a hotel in years. Woke up to kids jumping and running around in the room above us at 1am. Called front desk and they said they would look into it. Called again at 2am and said it was still going on. She said she warned them and if it happened again she was going to kick them out. This went on until 4:30am . Absolutely unacceptable. And then outside of waffles and cereal the breakfast was non existent. Nothing like the reviews from before said.

I had hair in the bed also i needed new towels in they had nothing at all. Me an my family had to go out an buy new towels.

Our stay was very good. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We were close to our activity (family reunion).
