I’ve stayed here multiple times traveling as a nurse. It’s always super clean. This week was quiet which was nice however the week before a group of kids were running up and down the hallway for a good hour. I get up at 3am for work so was ready to sleep by 7pm. This week I had drove half the night and worked.. walked in after work at 2pm and told me it would be $30 for early check in…check in is at 3 so that was annoying. I ended up napping in my car for an hour. Other than that.. it’s been good everytime!

The hotel & room was clean. The beds were comfortable, but I wasn't a fan of the pillows. When we arrived, there was a note on doors saying some of the fire alarms were not working, so they had hall patrol. We asked, and the person at the front desk said it was only a few rooms & ours wasn't one. The fail was breakfast was 7a-10a. My family got down there at 9:30a. My husband & kids got their breakfast (omlets, sausage links, sausage gravy, & biscuits were running low) by time I was done helping my kids and got them settled it was 9:45a when I went up to get my food. Since food was low at 9:30a I assumed it would have been refilled, but no...so I grabbed a yogurt & called it my breakfast. The lady never refilled the food...at 9:55a she started taking the food signs down, shutting off warmers, etc and promptly at 10a she shut the gates. They hotel was full of guest from a wedding. I felt sorry for them & other guest who came down and like me didnt get much breakfast and some none at all. I understand that breakfast ends at 10am, but have been to numerous hotels that when hotel is full, they know they have a lot of guest from a certain event they refill food and make sure everyone who comes down in a resonable time, gets served. So my suggestion is if you want breakfast, be down an hour before it ends at this hotel.

This was my family’s first time at this hotel and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The rooms were spacious and modern. The swimming area was amazing and the breakfast was incredible: the best continental breakfast we have ever had! We will definitely return for another stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends and family!

For the most part, everything was great! There were a couple miscommunications. One was from my request for extra towels. I called the front desk who told me to ask house keeping who told me to call the front desk. The other was at check out. When I went to check out, I was told that someone (a kid) had already checked me out. I don't know who or how that happened. Other than that, the stay was great. The rooms were clean. No complaints. Would stay there again.

The hotel is easy to get to, and in great condition. We stayed in a suite room which accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. The pull out couch was a bit broken but functioned just fine once set up for kids. It would not have been comfortable for adults due to the mattress/bed wires, but with clean sheets on it, and spare blankets and pillows in the closet, it was ready to go and the kids loved it. We went to the pool twice. It was clean, decently warm, with enough towels to meet everyone’s needs. The continental breakfast had a great variety of foods and was perfect for our family. The only negative we can report were the thinness of walls and floors, typical of any hotel. My husband and I were woken up at 4am by very unpleasant yelling above us. We opted to not call the front desk during the incident for fear of waking our own kids and frightening them by what we were hearing, but I asked reception the next morning and they said the family above us would be checking out that day. We had no other issues.

Staff members were rude (except for Hilda in the breakfast area - she was amazing and so kind to my children)! When I checked in the receptionist asked if I had kids and I said yes. She said "We don't like having kids stay here, and make sure they are quiet or we will ask you to leave. If anyone below you complains we will ask you to leave" - and then proceeds to place us on the top floor. My kids would be as quiet as kids would be no matter what, but I was on edge all night because of that interaction.

Overall this property is fine. We stayed one night for the Zoo lights and to swim. Disappointed how cold the pool was. Didn’t even swim a hour. Room was clean. Check in was quick but went to room and wasn’t ready and housekeeper basically yelled that I was wrong but a man came to figure out what happened and we got a new room. Breakfast was good. Would stay again without kids because of the pool.

I have had the pleasure of booking through Hotels.com for a while now with NO problems. However, this particular hotel was the WORST check in experience ever! I called the property when I made my reservation, days in advance, to ask about adjoining rooms. I reserved 2 King suites for an overnight family stay. I was informed that because of my room type, there were no adjoining rooms but I can have two rooms next to each other. I called the morning of my stay to discuss incidental charges and was told NOTHING about changes to my reservation. I get there at 3:10-315pm to check in and was informed that my rooms were not next to each other nor were they available! I was “upgraded” to a jacuzzi room, which served no purpose because I didn’t care to have a jacuzzi. I would have reserved one in the first place if that’s what I wanted! Then, they wanted to give me a suite with 2 queen beds. The problem I have with them is not that they didn’t try to fix the situation. Both employees stood at the desk like I was the problem because I was angry! I had to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes to WAIT for my 2 new rooms to be cleaned. All they could say was “We had to do this to a lot of people.” I asked them, why I didn’t receive a phone call! I will NEVER go there again! Thank you to Hotels.com for sending me a discount coupon code for my next stay! They listened to me, understood my complaint and handled it accordingly. I am not a big reviewer, but I had to get this all out there.

DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ROOM CANCELLED HOURS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL!! Booked 3 months in advance for a family summer vacation with two young kids, only to arrive and be told my room was cancelled because they overbooked. Apparently this is common practice for them to "walk" 3rd party reservations here and they have no consideration for families traveling with young children who are now roomless. No other hotels with a pool had rooms available so we had to drive an extra 30 mins to find a hotel, at a much higher rate due to last minute booking. As most respectable hotels offer compensation such as putting the walked guest in a sister hotel and comping their room, this hotel did nothing. Not even a simple apology. The manager Anwar just spoke to the girl in another language and had no expression on his face, he's obviously used to treating IHG guests this way and doesn't care. Seriously consider a different hotel, your reservation will probably be cancelled hours before check-in while you're already on the road traveling to the hotel. They are liars and thieves running this hotel, and IHG lost a very loyal customer. I will make sure none of our colleagues use IHG hotels for business travel again.
