We stopped by for a weekend stay on our way through the UP. The beach was a nice place for kids to play, the beachside pizza and bar were good, and the service was great. Hats off to River at the front desk for making a ton of suggestions for things to do on our trip, he was very informative and thoughtful. My only tip is to avoid the coffee and breakfast and eat at the cafe in town.

Great affordable hotel for the family. Restaurant was good and breakfast was acceptable. No complaints as it was free. Only real complaint was the hot tub didn’t heat up to temperature the last two nights. Not a big deal at all and I’m sure it will be fixed. Great experience and would recommend.

This is a great place! The views from the rooms are wonderful. The restaurant is great too. The beach is sand but then turns to rocks so it might not be comfortable for children to play in the water, though.

I love this place. I have stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years, each time I loved it. The private beach is great. The restaurant has a priceless view, bonfires each night. We are coming back with the kids!!

Right on Lake Huron, a great view! My family and I loved staying at your hotel! The staff was so kind and the rooms were beautiful! Food was great, we can’t complain!

We took off up north to find some color and booked the Breakers. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. Our room was ready and when I walked in I felt like I was home. Immaculate clean room, adorable decor, comfortable beds and pillows. The view was amazing. We booked the junior suite with the oversized balcony. It was a prize. Breakfast was fantastic with a view over the water, staff was more than accomdating. We will be back for sure.

Loved the restaurant, view, beach, etc. Room was nice and clean. There seems to be no soundproofing between upper and lower floors. Got very little sleep with all the running, jumping, and stomping. There were a lot more kids there than I expected. The TV did not work at all.

This hotel is an excellent bargain fir this area; nice family friendly beach; bonfire on the beach; entertainment on the bar patio which is literally 20’ from the lake.
