Stayed for 1 night with family as part of a overnight stop. Staff was polite and courteous. Hotel seems to be relatively recently renovated, however the floors in the room were sticky, and the carpet also didn't seem to be properly cleaned. The AC unit was functional, however it was old and loud. The breakfast options - included w/the price were better than other similarly priced/classed hotels. For the cost of stay, I expected slightly cleaner room conditions.

(New Years Eve) it’s a nice room; clean. Location is close yet far enough away to feel like a getaway. Aside from the children playing in the hallway it would have been quiet.

All staff were incredibly friendly and nice! The individual room could’ve been cleaned better as there was hair in the shower from the prior guests. My family and I like to sleep with our room really cold and the thermostat only went down to 74, which we would have preferred it to be colder. I would recommend this hotel as the breakfast and staff are great and parking is very easy! It’s location is also convenient.

It was excellent except the pool was over chlorinated, the kids couldn’t breathe, two kids threw up and one kid had a headache, other than that it was excellent.

They didn’t have housekeeping available so no extra towels or help. Beds super firm, but pillows are perfect. Rooms are nice but rooms are not soundproof you can hear people shower above you and kids in the hallway.

Staff seemed unhappy and not friendly. Security guard was downright rude and disrespectful. We were staying with other hockey families. Reviews said they were accommodating to teams staying but they definitely were not. Our team has fun but ALWAYS clean up after ourselves and demand our players are respectful and well behaved. Many rooms had stains on carpet, hair in drains, makeup smears on mirror/wall. Parking lot and often hotel smelled like weed.
