Within walking distance of Walmart. Great staff. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Good, clean rooms. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was spacious for two adults and a small child. Was very handy having a kitchenette. Amenities nearby are not walkable but lots of eateries and shops within a few minutes drive.

This is NOT a place that anyone with children would want to stay. The entire property reeks of Marijuana. Even the inside hallways of the "Smoke Free" hotel carry the tstrong stench of it. In the evenings, You could smell it coming under the door to my room. There was very limited parking, and if you were not parked by about 5:30, you would have to park behind buildings, where there was no access to the rooms. I booked this place because it was pet friendly, but did not feel safe walking my dog after dark. People were gathered in the smoking area and in cars smoking Marijuana at all hours of the night.

We have stayed here twice now and it has been a very enjoyable experience both times. We come to Detroit with our family to fish the Detroit River. This hotel is close to our destination and super clean. The front desk employees are very friendly and helpful. The parking can be a bit difficult with a truck and boat but we manage. I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays. Kitchen is very usable and had lots of items for you to use. We will be using them again for our trips for Spring Walleyes!
