My family lives nearby, and this is my hotel of choice when visiting them. Clean, quiet, nice breakfast, friendly personnel, convenient location, easy parking, generous room sizes- what more can I say. Also great value- a winner!

I had super loud music under me when i checked in no one informed me of an event they had which required them to play super loud music starting at 9 a.m.which was a bummer because i had my baby with me i wanted to rest before check out unfortunately i couldnt because my baby woke up due to the loud music

Our room was musty and moldy smelling. Our bedding was wet so we asked the maid in the hall if we could get different bedding. We came back ten minutes later and there was one extra folded blanket on the end of the bed. They didn’t change it. The floors and walls have stains and patches everywhere. We had kids with us so a pool was important. We looked at it and couldn’t see the first step because the water was so cloudy. We left after that and stayed at another hotel.

Guest were noisy banging on walls kids running up and hall. Closet rack broke off wall and my daughter cut her finger on wall nail/screw.. bathroom toilet and shower need maintenance

Room was nice, kids running the halls until after midnight. People partying loudly in the next room until 3 am. Called the front desk 3 times no answer. Was going to stay another night because we were without power but stayed at the holiday inn instead. Very quiet compared to Best Western.

A Plus!! We travel for our kids sports, and have had the worst luck with hotels. Believe it or not rooms in other hotels would have filthy floors, bedding, bathroom etc. THE BEST WESTERN OF DETROIT LIVONIA sets a very high standard with the operation of their hotel. Thank you for a great night's stay!! We will definitely be back :)
