Element Detroit at the Metropolitan

Wonderful stay at The Element Hotel Detroit. We came in for a one-night stay last minute to experience Day 3 of the NFL Draft with our son. The hotel was super convenient to everything, and very nice. They had some fun events going on with pop-up shops when we checked in and they were super welcoming of kids. The valet was great and very easy too. Everyone was so friendly and how this old building was restored is truly remarkable to see with the framed photographs displayed throughout the hotel. Can't wait to return!

It was a quick getaway with the kids to explore close to home. Very clean, great location and excellent service. Special shout-out to Antoine (valet) who did an excellent job making us feel at home and helping us with ideas to explore Detroit.

My family and I loved everything about The Element. The only thing we hated, was that we had to leave (check out). If I didn't have to work, I would have stayed another day. The location was perfect, the rooms were superior! I have been all over America, to Hawaii, Rome, Egypt, Dubai, etc. My family and I agreed that this was the best hotel we ever stayed in. We tried to book it for next August of 2024 and we wanted to cry when we found out it was sold out for the dates we needed. The staff members were phenomenal!!! Polite, prorfessional, friendly, and very accommodating (would be an understatement). They were absolutely AMAZING!!! GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE!!! We were supposed to stay in an apartment. I booked an apartment months in advance and the renter canceled on us the day before we were to arrive. Leaving my family almost stranded. I thank truly thank God for that inconsiderate renter. If he did not cancel, we would have never been able to experience the greatness of The Element and all it had to offer. We truly enjoyed The Element!!!
