Alexia was absolutely amazing. I had called Marriott a few times with questions s because the Expedia site was so terrible and she answered all of my questions and gave me recommendations that made our stay a wonderful experience. She went out of her way with kindness for my children when I checked in. I would totally recommend the property but to book directly not through Expedia.

The front desk staff were excellent. Helpful, professional, friendly and accommodating. Brittany, Niab? And Dolly. All great and super helpful. The hotel was dirty. The coffee situation in the AM: horrible. The only reason I would return is due to the awesome front desk staff. We had family/friend logistics that required their help and they delivered. Every person I spoke to on the phone however (prior to trip) was frustrating and (it felt) purposely unhelpful. Great trip though!
