Great experience was close to everything downtown. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. A little loud outside at night but would definitely stay again. Rooms were very spacious, great for a family of four.,

Everyone from the bell hop to the front desk, to the bartender were so vey friendly. We were there for one night and had a fabulous experience. The staff treated us like family. It's also nice to see the same employees time after time when we stay there.

We had a great stay with the kids to be in town for the Tigers game. Room was much larger than I thought and had great views. We would stay here again

From the time we arrived, Ricky the valet met us with a smile and made sure we were worry free. We were weary from travel and attending the funeral of a family member. Ricky set the tone for the delightful experience we would have.

Room was very large, bedroom had nice decor, but no hairdryer, had to request, brought some old one that barely worked, burnt out, finally got a decent one. Remote for tv stopped working couldn’t even turn off tv, had to bring another. Neighborhood food choices not great & I didn’t feel safe walking around. Valet made me nervous, some kid took my car, no uniform on or name tag. For the price I paid, should haven been better. Wish they had extra security lock for door too. No vending machines or coffee in the lobby. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel with our kids after a Tigers game; this hotel is a short distance to Comerica and Ford Field. It is located in Greektown so there are lots of great options for dining. It is a bit older but has been maintained beautifully and the staff were 10/10. We will stay here again.

Sleep was impossible due to noisy guests and security pounding on a door at 3:30 a.m. My child was there for an event and wasnt able to get breakfast because it wasnt available to be delivered before 7 a.m.!

The hotel is *very* outdated. I stayed in room 822, and I'll list a few pros and cons: PROS: - the hotel is massive - the hotel is super well located - the rooms are really large - the shower was amazing - easy to find parking places - sound proofing in the room was amazing as well - entrance staff was super cordial (valet and doorbells) CONS: - the hotel is old. Really old. I'm taking into consideration the 2yr covid hit everyone had, but it looks like this hotel has been let down a lot longer than that. - the restaurant is closed. There was a complimentary coffee during mornings that was not good. I preferred to go to a Starbucks, 5min walking distance instead. - overall a lot of broken things in the room, such as: garbage can was broken, several tiles in the bathroom were either broken or loose, the bathroom light fixture was hanging by a wire, several dirty spots around room and bathroom, mattress has seen better days, as well as pillows, air-conditioning vent had a concerning amount of dust in it, and did not cool. Carpet smelled funny. - there's a strip club across the street from hotel entrance. While I don't care, some families may feel uneasy with people coming and going to/from hotel premises. - elevators look very old as well. - reception staff was not particularly welcoming... it felt they were forced to be there. All in all, I hope I won't ever have to come back and would not recommend this hotel.
